Rags 2 Rugs began four years ago when a friend of mine who makes crafts from barn wood asked me to make some rag rugs for her shop. With my love of crafts and my passion for crocheting I ran off to the local store and bought a huge crochet hook.

I found that old sheets were a good way to get a variety of colors to create that "old look" that she was looking for in the rug. The rugs went over great. Since then I tried other crocheted ideas with the big hook, but found the go green bags and purses to be the big sellers. All my creations are unique and one of a kind. My nephew says when something is handmade it has it's own positive energy in it.
